Flexy Cheerleader classes are offered at TNT as a way for our flyers and other athletes to continue to improve strength & flexibility. This class is a great way for any athlete to work strength and flexibility to better themselves and their team! Flyers are encouraged to attend one class per week to work flexibility, leg and core strength as well as sharpness in the air.
