A major part of each cheerleading routine is tumbling. This is a favourite of many athletes within our program. Tumbling is what you see gymnasts do on a sprung floor which involves cartwheels all the way up to back flips and twists. In our sport we focus on running tumbling (skills with a forward momentum) and standing tumbling (skills started from a stand still or a jump into them)
Here at TNT we have tumble classes for cheerleaders, non cheerleaders, uni students and schools athletes as well as boys only classes.
Within cheerleading we have levels 1 through to 6 with each level having a different skill level for tumbling. For a more in depth look at levels and skills please see our tumbling progression chart.
